SAMPLEX CS90

The SAMPLEX CS90 truck probe can be used to sample a wide variety of products, from flours to bulkier pellets such as pulp (up to 30mm x 16mm).

Its telescopic arm, wide range of motion, and user-friendly joystick + camera system make it the ideal solution for facilities that process large volumes of trucks.

This machine is among the highest-quality samplers on the market. All probes are made of stainless steel and are electromechanical, not hydraulic.

The patented SAMPLEX system samples evenly from the top to the bottom of the truck load, thanks to its innovative head, which only draws in product that naturally falls into the probe. This provides a more representative sample compared to screw or “vacuum-type” suction systems.

Thanks to its patented spear, product enters the probe by gravity, ensuring a representative sample that complies with the ISO 24333:2009 standard. The 340° rotation and the extendable arm allow programmable sampling patterns. On the market since 1989, the CS90 is used in high-throughput facilities worldwide and can sample from rail wagons as well as from road trucks.
