The Holmen NHP300 pellet durability tester is ideal for large production lines that require constant monitoring of pellet durability. It allows sampling of hot pellets directly after the press, thanks to the machine's integrated cooling cycle.

Samples are automatically collected from the production line, tested, and reinserted. The resulting PDI (Pellet Durability Index) is transmitted to the NHP300 control software or the company’s management system, with data easily integrated into a standard SQL database.

Sampling directly from the process line enables real-time optimization of production and provides immediate feedback on pellet quality.

Beyond PDI calculation, the device also allows for the quantification of fines (FC: Fines Calculation).

The NHP300 can test up to four pellet lines, with the capability to redirect samples back to their respective lines or to the reject flow.
